Job Description
Job Objective: Responsible for providing various administrative tasks including maintaining inventory records, running errands, and ensuring communication with departments.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain project files.
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Perform errands and ensure safety compliance.
- Submit timekeeping records and obtain permits.
- Assist with assigned tasks.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
- Business administration graduate.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant administrative experience.
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
- Computer literate and dedicated.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: Php15,00.00 – Php17,00.00 per month
Benefits: Additional leave, company Christmas gift, on-site parking, promotion opportunities, pay raise.
Schedule: 8-hour shift
Supplemental Pay: 13th-month salary, bonus pay, overtime pay, performance bonus.
