Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent is required
- At least 6 months – 1 year experience working in general admin tasks
- Strong verbal and communication skills
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, particularly in Microsoft Excel functions
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Strategic and clear leadership skills
- Able to meet multiple deadlines
- Have skills in solving problems
- Strong problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, with a can-do attitude
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and record all incoming and outgoing documents
- Document daily administrative tasks; maintain the record and files (whether it be a hard copy or electronic copy)
- Review the accuracy of all supporting documents before they are forwarded to the concerned team
- Control the end-to-end process of invoice-related activities
- Monitor and archive documents related to invoices
- Update the inventory of available supplies and materials; create requests for needed supplies
- Perform skilled and responsible administrative and clerical work
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php16,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
