Job Description
RSAPPHIRE TRADING is seeking a dedicated Admin Staff to join our team in Angono, Rizal. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and managing correspondence, reports, and meeting minutes. Key responsibilities include coordinating schedules, organizing travel arrangements, and handling confidential tasks.
Qualifications:
- College Graduate in any Business course (4-year)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Professional phone and email communication
- Willingness to work full-time (48-60 hours/week)
Salary: Php 13,500 – Php 16,500 per month. Benefits include free parking, pay raises, 13th-month salary, and yearly bonuses.
