Job Description
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creates, organizes, and maintains project files
- Maintains accurate records of raw materials and inventory
- Runs errands as required
- Checks and ensures construction safety compliance
- Validates and submits workers’ timekeeping records
- Obtains necessary permits and licenses
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of business administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years admin experience in construction
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in word processing and spreadsheets
- Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork
- Good time management and research abilities
- Available for holidays and night shifts
