Job Description
1. Must be College Graduate in any field of work
2. With experience in admin duties
3. Proficient in Microsoft office and excel
4. Must be a team player with strong interpersonal skills, Can work under pressure with minimum supervision.
5. Ability to work to deadline and follow the process
6. Pro Active and self motivated, and Highly organized and has keen attention to details
7. Willing to work in Quezon City.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
- Monitoring of Online Job Request (JOR) from all departments.
- Coordinating with the Purchasing Department for quotation and schedule of service such as but not limited to mechanic, carpentry, electrician, plumbing.
- Printing of RISO forms with Series Numbers of all departments.
- Monitoring of renewal of LTO registration of delivery truck vans, company cars and motorcycles.
- Monitoring of renewal delivery truck vans travel sticker.
- Monitoring of pest control for the building.
- Monitoring of monthly request news print bond paper etc., for RISO forms.
- Monitoring of monthly request for Janitorial cleaning materials.
- Weekly rounds of the building to check the electrical, structural, mechanical and plumbing if needs for repair.
- In charge of the testing of generator and water pump if working properly.
- Coordinating with the contractor for the new construction and repair in the company premises.
- Assisting the HR Department on the Business permits and Annual Building Inspection requirements.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
