Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Admin Staff. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth daily operations of the company.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in general office management and maintaining office supplies.
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
- Performing data entry and maintaining accurate records.
- Assisting in organizing meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
- Supporting the team with administrative tasks as required.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office applications is required. Previous experience in administrative roles is a plus.
