Job Description
Receiving and recording deliveries (e.g. mobile devices, etc.)
Recording and assisting in releasing of mobile devices, IDs, etc. to concerned staff/Business
Recording the data of individual Assignees through the system
Receiving and recording office and pantry supplies, janitorial and maintenance supplies, including distribution and monitoring of inventory
Monthly submission of domestic garbage waste monitoring
Assisting in releasing corporate gifts
Monitoring and recording monthly PMS of water testing of healthy and A3S Drinking Water
Assisting in recording monthly PMS of pest control and air-conditioning units
