Job Description

Job Descriptions:
– Assist in the preparation of admin and accounting requests including cash advances, liquidations, and payment requests.
– Develop and maintain a filing system.
– Provide support to visitors and answer questions.
– Perform administrative duties such as filing, typing, and data entry.
– Handle sensitive information confidentially and manage vehicle trip schedules.
Minimum Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s Degree in related fields; 1 year of administrative experience required.
– Strong communication skills and teamwork capability.
Job Type: Full-time, Fixed term (3 months)
Pay: Php560.00 per day
