Job Description
Principal Functions:
- Ensure Compliance to all Government-mandated requirements
- Management of all internal service & project requests
- Management of all Facility Maintenance works & requirements
- Management of Administration Expenses ensuring minimum yet quality spending
- Project Management of all new construction or renovation works
- Perform related functions that may be assigned
Qualifications & Competencies:
- Education: graduate of any Engineering course
- Preferably a licensed engineer
- Work Experience: At least 3 – 5 Years
- Competencies: Property & Facilities Management, Equipment Maintenance, Project Management
- Willing to be assigned in Sucat Muntinlupa
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php25,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
