Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily duties of employees to ensure that quality standards are being met and proper procedures are being followed
- Give guidance to employees in handling errors, problems, complaints and/or disputes
- Maintain records, including inventory, personnel, orders, supplies, and maintenance documentation
- Preparing personnel salary and wages
- Prepare and manage reports, manuals, correspondence, and other documents using a database or word processing
- Performing Stock Inventory management monitoring & reports (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Office and Admin personnel in charge
- Next in command in the absence of the General Manager
- Maintain records, including inventory, personnel, orders, supplies, and maintenance documentation
Qualifications:
- Graduate of 4-year Business course
- Must have at least 2-4 years of working experience as an Admin Officer
- Preferably 2 years experience specializing in administrative and Building/Facilities function
- Trustworthy
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Patient with a polite attitude
- Good decision making and problem-solving skills
- People Management
- With knowledge in inventory management

Salary: Php20,00.00 – Php22,00.00 per month
