Job Description
Supports the office facilities and manager in various administration duties, including facilities and general maintenance services.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Set up hardware and install and configure software and drivers;
- Maintain and repair technological equipment (e.g. routers) or peripheral devices;
- Install well-functioning LAN/WAN and other networks and manage components (servers, IPs etc.);
- Conduct troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults;
- Offer timely technical support and teach users how to utilize computers correctly;
- Keep records of repairs and fixes for future reference;
- Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports;
- Testing and evaluating new purchase equipment/technology;
- Assist in Purchasing and Inventory works; and
- Conduct other responsibilities may assigned by the immediate manager.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in Information Technology/ Computer software or related courses;
- Strong Communication abilities
- Computer Literate
- Knows how to troubleshooting
- Computer networking and hardware
- Ability to think logically
- Good memory of how software and operating work
- Ability to work well in team
- Problem-solving skills
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php15,00.00 – Php16,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Overtime
- Weekends
