Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Admin – US Healthcare (Customer Service Representative). As a CSR, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support and ensuring the smooth operation of administrative tasks in the US healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding healthcare products and services
- Assist in processing and coordinating medical claims and benefits
- Maintain and update customer records and databases
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Familiarity with US healthcare policies and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
