Job Description
Ensures that all required documents are on hand prior to booking and that all lease documents are duly signed by the authorized signatories.
Monitors all lease document for notarization and segregates copies of documents for transmittal to Lessee.
Monitors maturing accounts.
Responsible in proper filling and safekeeping of documents such as but not limited to credit folders, copies of legal documents, lease contracts and other pertinent documents.
Assist in all collection functions not requiring field activities.
Assist in following up delinquent accounts by telephone call, email or if needed, personal visit and prepares and files the corresponding call report.
Prepares and sends collection letters.
Monitors online deposit payment of clients, if any.
Monitors and ensures replenishment of depleted PDCs, if any.
Prepares the required reports for the weekly collection meeting.
Attends the weekly collection meeting and reports the status of assigned accounts.
Files daily collection report and weekly delinquency reports.
