Job Description

We are an award-winning global outsourcer providing contact center and back office services for our global clients. Join us where innovation and teamwork support exciting missions. Duties include coordinating with managers, scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and more.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist in coordination with MedPharm Managers
  • Schedule meetings and organize manager’s calendars
  • Take minutes during MedPharm Manager’s meeting
  • Assist Pharmacy Operations Manager with schedules
  • Update timesheets and files, address queries, send memos
  • Other clerical tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and related programs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage tasks, prioritize effectively, inquire and research
