Job Description
A reputable company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Administration Officer to join our team. As an Administration Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining smooth office operations and providing administrative support to various departments.
Your responsibilities will include managing office supplies, coordinating and scheduling appointments, preparing reports and documents, maintaining records, handling correspondence, and assisting with financial and HR tasks.
To excel in this role, you should have excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, are also required.
