Job Objective: Perform administrative and accounting tasks with accuracy and timeliness.
Essential Functions:
- Process payroll accurately and timely.
- Track and report sales and expenses.
- Manage accounts payables and prepare client invoices.
- Coordinate government benefits and business permits.
- Communicate with suppliers for procurement and office maintenance.
- Handle office phone calls.
Qualifications: Associate or bachelor’s degree, 2 years experience, English proficiency, MS Office skills.
