Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative and Customer Excellence Support Associate at SGS. In this role, you will provide administrative support to various departments within the company and ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries and concerns, providing timely and accurate solutions
  • Collaborate with different teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations
  • Maintain records and generate reports to support management decision-making
  • Support the execution of customer service initiatives to enhance overall customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Prior experience in an administrative or customer service role is a plus
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments effectively
