Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative and Finance Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our finance department and assisting with day-to-day finance operations.
Key responsibilities:
- Preparing financial reports and documents
- Assisting with budgeting and forecasting
- Processing invoices and expenses
- Managing payroll and ensuring timely payments
- Tracking financial transactions and maintaining accurate records
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative or finance assistant
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other finance software
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members
