Job Description

Supports the smooth operation of administrative tasks of the store/branches within the company. Responsibilities include managing and recording all incoming and outgoing documents, document daily administrative tasks, data-entry, report-writing, filing, and scheduling.

Qualifications:

  • College graduate
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office
  • Keen to details and able to do multi-tasking
  • Good interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Pleasant disposition
  • Experience in general administrative works is an advantage
  • Willing to work in Las Pinas

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php610.00 per day

Schedule:

  • 8-hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay Types:

  • 13th month salary
  • Overtime pay

Expected Start Date: 05/16/2024
