Job Description
Expo Centric is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide crucial support to the CEO, Office, and HR Manager. Responsibilities include conducting in-depth research to assist in data-driven decision-making and ensuring organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the CEO with travel itinerary building, project assistance, and expense report management.
- Providing administrative support for day-to-day Office and HR functions, including record keeping, candidate sourcing, and survey monitoring.
- Collaborating with different departments to facilitate communication and assisting in onboarding new employees.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of administrative experience and research skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and exceptional time management and communication abilities.
