Job Description
- Proven admin or assistant experience
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- At least 1 year of experience in the field
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Job Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative support for office efficiency
- Handles phone calls, meetings, and visitor support
- Performs administrative duties like filing and typing
- Completes operational tasks and projects promptly
- Arranges travel for senior staff
- Communicates professionally via phone and email
- Develops administrative staff skills
- Maintains equipment and contributes to team efforts
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From Php20,00.00 per month
