Job Description
GoTech Entertainment, Inc. is on the lookout for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to enhance our office operations. This position entails a variety of administrative and clerical responsibilities to ensure efficient workflows, including managing schedules, preparing reports, organizing files, and handling correspondence.
Key Responsibilities: Provide general administrative support, answer phone calls, schedule meetings, maintain calendars, organize files, manage office supplies, and assist in onboarding new employees.
Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree is preferred; candidates should possess 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience. Availability from Monday to Saturday is required.
Compensation: Salary ranges from Php25,00.00 to Php30,00.00 per month, with benefits including opportunities for promotion and paid training.
