Job Description
MC WILSON CORPORATION (the company behind Tokyo Bubble Tea, Honeybon cafe, Gringo, Tatatito and Kaokee) is looking for ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANTS.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, organize and store information in paper and digital form
- Deal with queries on the phone and by email
- Purchase and negotiate with vendors
- Track and follow-up on shipments to meet deadlines
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or any course.
- Must have experience as an admin, background in food industry is an advantage
- Can perform clerical tasks and must be proficient in using Microsoft Excel
- Must be willing to work on Saturdays
- Amenable to work in Quezon Avenue
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php17,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
