Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • College graduate, skilled in MS Office tools
  • Preferably with related experience
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships
  • Willing to be assigned at Head Office (Pasay)
  • Monday to Friday, 8am to 5:30pm or 9am to 6:30pm

JOB SUMMARY:

Support the department in assisting the Manager and other Executives.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Support team leaders with administrative tasks
  • Coordinate marketing activities and schedules
  • Organize files and provide general support
  • Assist in event preparation and execution
  • Manage social media pages as required
  • Maintain databases and handle correspondence
  • Schedule meetings and other assigned duties
  • Assist in processing supplier accreditation and financial tasks

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Php18,600.00 per month
