Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Relations Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for buyers and homeowners. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships, upholding the value of our subdivision, and assisting clients throughout the move-in process while ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines. You will also coordinate with relevant parties to effectively address any homeowner concerns.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in any field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer-focused role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Must be willing to work in Cabuyao, Laguna.
