DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide supervision and leadership to administrative team members.
- Demonstrate strong financial management skills, including budgeting and financial reporting.
- Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring effective execution.
- Handle high-profile client interactions with exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Contribute to strategic planning and implement initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
- Implement and enforce company policies related to administrative procedures.
- Efficiently manage office resources, including supplies and vendor relationships.
- Coordinate logistics for company events, meetings, and conferences.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in coordination or project management
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in relevant software and project management tools
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
