Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with the CEO to support all aspects of her daily work routine
- Handle encoding, printing, faxing, mail copying filing and email/messages
- Attend meetings and take notes of discussions; prepare the initial draft of minutes and summaries
- Maintain confidential and sensitive information
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree
- Great verbal & written communication skills; excellent time management
- Attention to detail; ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Sheets)
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Full-Time position available
