Job Description
· Files documents such as company records, receiving copy of accountabilities, transmittals etc.
· Handles overall vehicle needs and requirements of executives.
· Arranges flight bookings and hotel accommodations.
· In-charge of requisition and replenishment of office supplies
· Issues and processes business tools of new hires (laptop and cellphone).
· Process different Request for Payment for Security & Admin
· Process Purchase Request (PR) & Goods Receipt (GR) from different departments.
· Schedules vaccination and booster shots using ezConsult for all Business Units.
· Consolidates and summarizes monthly usages (data/calls/sms) of all employees with assigned mobile phones.
· Sends excess monthly mobile usages (data/calls/sms) for deduction.
· In-charge of mobile lifting, retention and renewal.
· Assists admin related request and concerns of Operations Team.
· Ensures Head Office cleanliness
· Prints ID request of all Business Units.
· Process ATM application of new hires.
· In-charge of admin cost-saving activity of the company.
· Checks the completeness of all reimbursement and liquidations.
· Scans and transmits all approved liquidation and reimbursement.
· Releases & Replenishes of revolving funds.
· Monitors admin expenses.
· Transmits Approved Billing to Cebu Accounting.
· Schedules weekly payments based on the allotted budget.
· Informs Agencies on paid billings.
· Creates and updates accruals of payables.
