Job Description
- To perform high-level administrative and clerical support for the Western Executive
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Participates in preparing and consolidating comprehensive reports.
- Facilitates reproduction of various reports or documents.
- Transcribes dictation, types, and prints confidential letters.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- 1 year experience required
- Knowledge of MS Office applications, SAP
- Effective written and oral communication skills
