Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrative Assistant with 1-2 years of relevant experience, with a little bit of knowledge in finance, to join our dynamic team in LGE-JV, a Korean company. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support with a focus on handling official receipts (ORs) and other financial documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Financial Document Handling:
- Has experience with managing and organizing official receipts (ORs), invoices, and other financial documents.
- Office Management:
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
- Manage office supplies and ensure necessary items are adequately stocked.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences.
- Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative support as outlined in the standard job description.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and presentations for management.
- Calendar Management:
- Coordinate and manage executive calendars, ensuring effective time management.
- Schedule appointments, travel arrangements, and other logistical arrangements.
- Probationary Period Responsibilities:
- Adhere to the company’s financial policies and procedures during probation.
- Demonstrate an understanding of financial documentation processes and compliance.
- Participate actively in any finance-related training programs.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of administrative experience.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of financial processes and documentation.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
