Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support maintenance and marketing teams. This role ensures smooth daily operations by coordinating schedules, managing documentation, liaising with vendors, and assisting with project planning.

  • Schedule and track maintenance work orders; prepare operational reports and process invoices.
  • Coordinate marketing activities and events; maintain marketing materials and digital calendars.
  • Conduct occasional site visits and support vendor communication.

Qualifications: 1–2 years of administrative experience, strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, basic marketing knowledge, attention to detail, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
