Job Description
We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide support to our Marketing Vice President. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities include managing calendars, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence on behalf of the Marketing VP. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
The candidate should be proficient in office software applications, have a proactive attitude, and be able to work independently. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
