Job Description
– Responsible in handling office related tasks such as organizing documentations, activating purchase requisitions, invoice processing, payment scheduling monitoring, reports generation and preparation, inter-departmental inquiries and circulating team advisories.
– Handle documentation and reporting of every sold unit.
– Prepare and submit sales admin reports regularly and on time.
– Monitor and schedule new vehicle pull outs from VDC (Vehicle Distribution Center) to branch.
– Facilitating of the submission of the bookings for allocation, allocating the units and invoicing.
– Monitor and assists sales with units for release.
