Job Description
The PJ Lhuillier Group of Companies is seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing vital administrative and general staff assistance, screening visitors and callers professionally, and managing schedules of appointments and meetings.
Key responsibilities include maintaining the calendar of activities, organizing meetings, coordinating travel requirements, and handling incoming and outgoing correspondence. The role also involves collecting and distributing communication materials and actively participating in meetings and training programs.
This is a full-time, permanent position based in San Pedro, Laguna. We offer a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.
