Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize office operations and procedures, including but not limited to filing systems, supplies inventory, and office maintenance.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Maintain and update company records, databases, and contact lists, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and other correspondence on behalf of the team.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, and other materials as required.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless communication and coordination of tasks.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, visitors, and team members.
- Assist with special projects and events, as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant experience is a plus.
- Proven experience in an administrative role or related position.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving and task management.

Salary: Php18,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
