Job Description
Job Description:
- Provide administrative and clerical support to human resources and corporate services departments
- Prepare bills payment for utilities, fleet, telecommunication, insurance, and third-party vendors
- Monitor company car insurance, LTO registration, and preventive maintenance
- Oversee procurement of office supplies
- Assist in processing business permits and licenses
- Undertake ad hoc tasks assigned by superiors
Qualifications:
- Graduate of a 4-year business or related course
- Fresh graduate or minimum 1 year experience in administrative roles
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace
- Willingness to undergo training and high attention to details
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8-hour day shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Quezon City: Relocating before employment preferred
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree required
Language:
- Proficiency in English preferred
