Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at UCC (Universal Company). As the Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our executive team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the company.
In this role, your main responsibilities will include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing documents and reports. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing office supplies, and handling various administrative tasks as assigned.
The ideal candidate for this position should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as exceptional organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required, and knowledge of basic accounting principles and office management software is a plus.
