Job Description
Universal Robina Corporation (URC) is seeking a detail-oriented HR Admin for a project-based role. You will be responsible for the complete process of new ID layout, data collection, and printing in accordance with NPC guidelines across all URC sectors, including BCFG, Flour, SURE, and UPACK. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills and effective communication for stakeholder management.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Gathering data from masterlists for each plant.
- Coordinating pictorial schedules with URC Media.
- Managing ID layout and printing tasks.
- Monitoring printing supply orders.
- Facilitating ID distribution to respective sites.
- Performing ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
A bachelor’s degree and at least six months of computer-related experience are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills are essential. This position requires onsite work five days a week for six months, with the possibility of extension.
