Job Description
Be part of our team at H & F Retail Concepts, Inc. We are currently hiring for the position of Administrative Assistant for Visual Merchandising. Join us if you have the following qualifications:
- Sourcing of needed visual requirements
- Coordinating visual transfer schedule with the warehouse
- Maintaining good relationships with old suppliers
- Sourcing new suppliers depending on visual requirements
- Handles visual merchandising’s budget
- Can multitask and handle multiple projects under pressure
- Inventory of visual items
- Create order forms in the system
- Close coordination with accounting for payments to suppliers
- Some knowledge in carpentry and painting
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php16,00.00 – Php17,00.00 per month

Experience:
