Job Description:
- Manage calendars and schedule meetings for executives.
- Organize digital and physical files while ensuring confidentiality.
- Perform basic office duties including answering phones and greeting visitors.
- Assist in preparing presentations and reports using Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and handle expense reports.
Qualifications:
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- College Graduate preferred; experience as an Administrative Assistant (1 year required).
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Php25,00.00 – Php28,00.00 per month.
