Job Description

Job Description:

  1. Increase collection efficiency of current and Aging of Accounts.
  2. Reduce General & Administrative Expenses.
  3. Sending of Billing and disconnection Letters such as 1st, 2nd, and final notice.
  4. Sending of Lien/Small Court Claims and reduce delinquent owners.
  5. Strict implementation of and compliance to policies and standards related to Accounting and Finance.
  6. Encoding of all accounting transaction to Accounting System in timely manner.
  7. Improve Daily Collection Report of managed property and timely deposits of collections.
  8. Processing of Billing and check billings and ensure its correctness prior to distribution.
  9. Responsible for the proper checking and maintaining records in all book of accounts including but is not limited to, collection, billing statements or book of accounts.
  10. Prepares statement of accounts for tenants and/or unit owners.
  11. Responsible for the collection of dues from unit owners and tenants.
  12. Responsible for the safekeeping of important accounting documents.
  13. Coordinates with Superiors for instructions and submission of required reports.
  14. Prepares required periodic Financial receivables statements and reports.

Requirements:

  • With knowledge and experience in property management.
  • Can start immediately.
