Job Description
To closely collaborate with the admin manager in handling daily admin requirements;
- Assist in creating visual versions of admin SOPs and announcements
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Collaborate with HR in managing IT assets records
- Handle office/event supplies ordering and stakeholder management
- Act as the primary contact for internal and external clients
*NO INTERNSHIP ALLOWANCE*
Job Type: OJT (On the Job Training)
Pay: Php2,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
