Job Description
ABS CBN Films is currently seeking a highly skilled Administrative Officer to join our dynamic team. As an Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative activities of our organization.
Your main duties and responsibilities will include:
- Managing and maintaining office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Coordinating and scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Assisting the management team in preparing reports, presentations, and documents.
- Handling and prioritizing incoming correspondence, including emails and memos.
- Supporting HR processes, such as recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
- Ensuring smooth communication and coordination between different departments.
To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent organizational and time management skills. The ideal candidate should also have strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
