Job Description
Administrative Support:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team.
- Manage and coordinate executive calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Communication Management:
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications with a high level of professionalism.
- Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Documentation and Filing:
- Organize and maintain accurate and up-to-date files and records.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information.
Time Management:
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Anticipate and proactively address the needs of the executive team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- High proficiency in using MS Office suite and other relevant tools.
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Quick thinking and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Open to fresh graduates.
