Job Description
- Prepare & Monitor documents needed for business permits and other requirements for company business
- Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
- Scheduling meetings and booking conference rooms
- Prepare contracts & documents for notarization
- Filter letters, packages, and documents sent in the office and distribute to necessary recipients
- Assist HR & Finance in documentation and other necessary tasks
- Respond & reply to queries via phone or email
- Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data
- Arrange travel and accommodations for company trainings & meetings
- Schedule in-house and external company events
Qualifications:
- Good organization, time management, and scheduling skills
- Experience in Business Permit processing
- Basic bookkeeping experience, particularly in accounts payable/receivable is a plus
- Experience in using office management software and spreadsheets
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php20,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
