Job Description

  • Prepare & Monitor documents needed for business permits and other requirements for company business
  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
  • Scheduling meetings and booking conference rooms
  • Prepare contracts & documents for notarization
  • Filter letters, packages, and documents sent in the office and distribute to necessary recipients
  • Assist HR & Finance in documentation and other necessary tasks
  • Respond & reply to queries via phone or email
  • Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data
  • Arrange travel and accommodations for company trainings & meetings
  • Schedule in-house and external company events

Qualifications:

  • Good organization, time management, and scheduling skills
  • Experience in Business Permit processing
  • Basic bookkeeping experience, particularly in accounts payable/receivable is a plus
  • Experience in using office management software and spreadsheets
  • Strong communication skills and ability to multitask

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php20,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
