Job Description
Rui Sheng Sales Corp. is looking for a motivated individual with outstanding communication skills to fill the role of Administrative Officer. In this essential position, you will:
- Effectively communicate with clients.
- Schedule specialists as required.
- Ensure timely follow-up on order completions.
- Respond promptly to customer emails.
- Coordinate with production teams and suppliers.
- Oversee orders until they are shipped.
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a starting pay of Php15,00.00 per month. Benefits include on-site parking and potential pay raises.
Schedule: 8-hour shifts
Location: In-person
