Job Description
Manage administrative and office operations for the pastry department. Key duties include compiling daily production reports from chefs and entering data into the department system; preparing weekly market lists for purchases; and creating storeroom requisitions and cost forecasts for chef review. Provide general operational support including Microsoft Word and Excel document processing, presentation preparation, filing, and day-to-day coordination to ensure smooth production workflows. This is a full-time, in-person role with paid training and staff meals provided.
