Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Secretary in the Construction Industry. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the management team and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Prior experience in the construction industry is preferred but not required.
Key responsibilities include managing office correspondence, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and assisting with project documentation. Excellent communication and time management skills are essential for this position.
