Job Description
We are currently seeking a full-time Administrative Services Manager to assist the Admin Manager in overseeing day-to-day office operations at John Clements Japan Desk (PERSOL PHILIPPINES). This role involves supervising a team of drivers, managing vehicle fleets, and implementing best practices for operational efficiency.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields, 3+ years of administrative experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience in vehicle management and procurement is a plus.
The salary ranges from Php 50,00.00 to Php 55,00.00 per month, with additional benefits like health insurance and a performance bonus.
