Responsibilities:
- Accepts orders via phone, text, email, or walk-in.
- Greeting and directing clients/visitors.
- Building rapport with clients.
- Email and phone correspondence.
- Communicating product value and providing support.
- Following up with clients during sales cycles.
- Presenting and demonstrating product value.
- Developing sales strategies.
- Maintaining a contact database.
- Building relationships for a better customer experience.
- Handling negotiations and concerns.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Graduate of any course.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
